Ruby CPR Policies

Thank you for choosing Ruby CPR for your training needs! We are committed to providing you with an excellent training experience and the certification you require.

Before booking, please carefully review the policies below and ensure that you select the correct class. It is the responsibility of each client to know and understand the specific certification or course required for their personal or professional needs.

We are always happy to answer questions or provide guidance, and we welcome inquiries at any time. However, Ruby CPR is not responsible for clients enrolling in the wrong course. Please note that we do not offer discounts or credits for additional training due to incorrect class selection. We encourage you to read all class descriptions thoroughly before registering.

Class Date Selection:

Only one class date per person. The first class you submit will be the date you are scheduled. Additional submissions will be canceled. If you need to reschedule, call at least 3 days before your scheduled date to check availability.

No Show & Rescheduling:

Our classes are at a discounted rate and space is limited. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled class will be considered a "no show," and no refund will be issued. You will need to book another class, and a $15 rescheduling fee will apply to your next class.

Late to Class:

Punctuality is important out of respect for all participants and the instructional process. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to class, you will be required to reschedule, and a $15 rescheduling fee will apply to your next class.

Refunds:

Classes are non-refundable. However, if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled class due to illness or an emergency, we allow a one-time reschedule at no additional cost.

Reprint of Certification Cards:

Certification cards are emailed to all students after class. Printed copies may be available upon request on the day of your training.

If you need a replacement card after your class date, a $10 reprint fee will apply.

Class Cancellation:

Customers will receive a full refund or credit to reschedule if Ruby CPR cancels a class due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. To inquire about a cancellation, please contact us by phone.
